Free MP3 bitrate converter needed?

I'm writing a series of web tutorials for beginners. I wish to do one on converting the bit rate of MP3 files in particular and I want to direct my readers to the best free bit rate converter on the web. I'll base my tutorial on that converter, so it must be adware free and not shareware. (Yes, it can do other things.) I use C-Dex, but it's probably a bit complex for beginners. How long would it take to be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army?

Once you have completed all of the requirements to become a Officer, you will be commissioned as a 2nd LT. That means you have completed your College Education, OCS or ROTC, and all the other training. Once you are commissioned, you will be igned a branch (Combat Arms, Transportation, etc). Army Rangers is nothing more than a special group of Soldiers. Dont get me wrong, they are a elite group and not everyone will make it through the training. If you happen to complete the course, you will be labeled as a Ranger and get to wear a special tab on your uniform to identify you as Ranger qualifed. The rank structure does not change, if you are enlisted (Private, Specialist, Sergeant) or Officer (Lieutenant, Captain, Major) it stays the same. Lastly if you are writing a novel, a female can not be a Ranger at this time. They are looking to change the rules, but i think it is far away.

Im struggling to cope with my boyfriends mental illness?

About a month ago my boyfriend was diagnosed with psychosis and im finding it very difficult to cope with the ups and downs of his condition, he was a very fun loving bubbly guy and now he's withdrawn, snappy, and very irritable, like last night I came home and he had came in from work and tided our whole flat after doing a 12 hour shift, he didn't even look at me and then told he he was going away to get juice, he disappeared for over half an hour (the supermarket is literally 50 yards away from our house) and came back in and said he neaded to clear his head.....its silly little things like this that are really getting me down, im not a very confident person so I find it very difficult to talk to him about anything and I feel bad because when i do i get very upset and end up crying and not being able to tell him how i feel, I am sooo worried about him but I feel like Im making him worse by getting upset and i just want to help him. He visits a community mental health nurse one a week and he used to smoke cannibis but since he was diagnosed he stopped. I dont know what to do and feel like im watching the man i love fall to pieces, i keep saying im fine to all my friends and family but i feel exhausted and feel like i cant talk to him incase i upset him and i cant talk to my friends and family incase i upset them. someone please help me

Have a chat to one of the carers who look after her and see what they say. If you ask a Nurse they may not tell you as you are not a realtive....but ask one of the 'carers' on the side and they will give you their opinion.

Dieting and exercise could leave you without much energy would explain the dizziness. You should probably explain to your doctor about your diet and exercise if you have not already.

Transferring info from laptop to cell phone?

I have songs and pictures on my laptop that i would like to transfer to my v-cast phone. Also while I'm at it, I would like to transfer some songs and pictures from a regular razor to my new v-cast phone.
