Why did U.S declare war on Iraq for breaking U.N.resolutions but not against Israel for same offense?

We took up days at the General embly of U.N. trying to CON(vince) the voting panel with false evidence and bullying those countries that didn't swallow our lies. We ridiculed and humiliated Hans Blix(WMD inspector in Iraq) at every turn when we didn't like his evidence. We screamed about broken U.N. resolutions as a cause for war. Israel repeatedly breaks U.N. resolutions and we NEVER bring the same pressure to bear on this country! Why? Israel was also most eager for us to declare war on Iraq but has not contributed with a single soldier. Why not?They also want us to tackle Syria and Iran. Are we Israel's surrogate army? Is this foreign country dictating our foreign policy? Did the false evidence about the presence of WMD originate from the Israeli intelligent services and not our own?
