Flipped Out On Hiim. [All the details inside!]?

Okay. So there was this guy I liked for about 2 months. We got really close. We never actually dated, but I knew that I loved him. He would always tell me he loved me, and I would always be the only girl he loved, how perfect I was for him, and how he promised to never hurt me. Well, one day, he just decided not to text me. At all. We normally texted from 8 Am to around 3 the next morning. Then he didn't text me for 3 more days. So I texted him and totally flipped out. Then he called me and tried to work things out with me. Well, he told me he had JUST gotten his phone back, and that he didn't have it for 5 days. Well, normally before he would get it taken away he would text me and tell me he would text me when he got it back and that he loved me, so I knew he was telling me a lie this time about getting it taken away. So then we didn't text for about a month, bc he didn't text me after he begged for me to forgive him. So today, I texted him and just said 'hey'. He told me he would text me in an hour and that something important had came up. So I was mad thinking it was just an excuse. So I replied 'Ya. Haven't heard that before. But K' And then he flipped out and said 'fine dont believe me idc eff it' But now we are texting and everything is totally awkward now. I will always have feelings for him, but I don't know how to tell him. Any help?
