How can a person not give your own money if they are your payee?
how can Lutheran social services keep money from me and not allow me to pay my house bills and then deny me the access to let me try and have my husband become my payee and no one at social security will let my husband be my payee because he has no job and they won't allow him to be my payee how is that possible?
