Wat should I do if I like dis boi but I don't know if he likes me back, he's been acting really nice to me???

There's a boy I like but I don't know if he likes me back we've known each other for a while. He's been acting really nice to me lately. I want to tell him how I feel but I don't know if I have enough courage to do it. We share things, have the same cles, even though his friends all like me I don't like them, I like the other boy. We're both in student council. I really like him, I think he likes me too bu I'm sorta scared to ask him out or tell him how I feel about him.we've known each other since Preschool. I don't want to hide my feelings but I'm nervous. What should I do?
