Transferring info from laptop to cell phone?

I have songs and pictures on my laptop that i would like to transfer to my v-cast phone. Also while I'm at it, I would like to transfer some songs and pictures from a regular razor to my new v-cast phone. I'm not very savi with computer lingo, so if you can please be as simple with your instructions as possible, I would really appreaciate it. Thanks and Happy Holidays to all.
