I have 2 questions 1st being how do i remove the continuous files from my comp?

Those blue files are just representative of the files on your computer. To delete them, go through your computer and delete anything you don't need (do NOT go into the Windows folder). As far as Word and things, they don't affect your computer's performance and are important programs that most people will use at some point so you should keep it. Add and Remove programs is what I'm uming you mean. Just delete anything there that you don't use that doesn't have anything to do with your hardware or drivers or anything that says Microsoft. You would be best to have someone who is more computer literate than you are to sit with you to make sure you don't understand anything important.
