Is it necessary for anyone in our federal congress to meet in D.C. Is it necessary for anyone in a state?

congress to meet in their state capital? In this technological age of instantaneous communication there is no impediment to our public servants following the will of their constituents by operating out of their homes in the district they were elected. All bills coming their way can be posted on their constituent website for review. If a majority of the active electorate vote in favor or against, the public servant would vote accordingly. If a majority of the active electorate favor a proposal originating within the district, the public servant would submit it in the form of a bill before their house. All public servants must take an oath of office to include immediate dismissal if found guilty of accepting any gifts exceeding $10/month from any person or organization. Through this procedure we the people would return to their rightful status of 'Sovereigns' or 'Masters', the true thinkers who give orders, while the public servants return to their rightful status of 'Doers', ones who carry out orders. Lobbyists and other special interest groups will thereby exert very limited influence. Can you say "Checkmate?"
