Pregant with out Intercorse?

Ok so before I start, I do want you to relize I understand the function of the body, espicaly the ual organs of both es very well and in detail. But today in my biology cl, my teacher was saying that a couple could get pregant without . He, the teacher said they could become pregant by feeling eachother. well let me restate that, in his real words, doing everyrthing with but not intercorse. Just by touching. he said that semenial fluid could be trasnfered by the hands. Or even pre semenial fluid could as well. What are the odds that if a girl was to reach down a guys pants after he had had a preseminal leakage(guys u know what i mean) and her reaching down her pants to deposit the fuild? Has this been heard of before? I mean have you heard of anyone getting pregant with out intercorse? The only way I could see it is by intercorse of the , or by transfering fluid by hands. I just dont wana accendiently get someone pregant by them reaching down my pants.Thanks
