Has anyone throughen a self pity party when they have their periods and when no one feels sorry for them?

why doesn't anyone feel sorry for me when I am on my period, I feel like I am a victim whose been wronged by this treatment, why? don't you think its inequitable that men don't get them either? how is that equality? please explain? my mum also cooks fish like salmon, trout, tuna as well sometimes when I have them, and the smell while its cooking is gross which makes me cry and wants to get violent too, what too do?
