How to find a maid that's not mexican?

I'm hiring a maid that will be bi-weekly, and I'm trying to find a non-Mexican one because I feel like there's racist connotations to being a white family w/a Mexican maid. HOWEVER, I live in southern california, so obviously almost every one we can find through the clifieds has a Mexican last name. wondering if there are non-Mexican maids when you pay for a more formal service, thanks
