Leisure Suit Larry Magna *** Laude Cheat Device Codes Remove censors help?

Now then... I have looked up online codes for Gameshark 2 v1.3 for "Leisure Suit Larry Magna *** Laude" to remove censor bars from the PS2 version of the game. The problem is that when I enter certain codes they either have no effect or they freeze the game right at the copyright screen. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm given a Master code different than the one on Gameshark's website, so I don't know whether to just add it to the codes already on the disc or to make a new game slot for it. Anyone know what I'm supposed to do to remove the censor bars from this game's PS2 version? By the way, I know that it can be done, so nobody tell me that it can't.
