Paypal & Internet banking query?

OK, I am very new to paypal.. I created an account some weeks ago and only today I decided to use it. I followed the instruction to top up my account, but didn't realise the note whereby Internet banking via DBS is not supported. But the thing is, I have made a transfer from DBS to Paypal igned bank, in this case, Bank of America. So my money is in there now, but I can't use it for purchases on ebay. What do I do now? Any possibilities that I may get a refund? Tried calling DBS,no help...Paypal is hopeless on the phone, tried emailing them but no reply since. Any advice?
