They gave my ex boyfriend more time in custody because this time no lawyers...?

But in past records it was clear it was no good for her. I was hoping that the courts would see on their own. I was out of state and moved back but the amount of time they now gave him is not working out. He is not returning her on time or communicating in a timely manner with school, health and so on. How can I go back to court and address this issue. further more he does not help pay in child support he dodges it. He has yet to get her any new stuff and the place of living is not livable its got 3 kids two large dogs two large sea turtles and a Tarantula in one room. I am happy for him to know her but not to have contact as often as courts said. She emotionally is changing. Please help on what to say to the judge about these conditions. thanks!!
