What does it mean to dream about a tarantula being the husband of my X-Girlfriend?

I had a dream that when my x girlfriend was going to get married she was with this guy she is now married to, and he turned into a tarantula. He started crawling along side the wall. then i SQUASHED it. He died and my X came and picked up and took it away then i woke up really angry what does this mean please someone tell me. Me personally i have always had arachnophobia. Could my dreams be trying to tell me something?
