What is the name of this song? "i'm scared"?

this isn't much help, but the only lyrics i heard were "i'm scared" or something remotely close. it was rock/alternative, a guy singing, and his voice was kind of like dashboard confessional. my friend said it was him but i didn't find the song anywhere. can you help? it was in a minor key, i think. and the guys voice wasn't deep and scratchy like 3 doors down but not high like...secondhand serenade. it was middle pitched, clear, and he sounded pretty young. i hope this is enough info to work with
