Did president bush really know about the 9/11 attached before it ever even happed?

I know alot of people say that he did not know about the September 11th attacks and I do respect that. What I want to know is why are there people out there with PhDs. who say that he really did know about the 9/11 attacks?!? Generally speaking people with PhDs have worked very hard for their degree. They are very well educated and saying something like this would indicate no reason for bullcrap. Why would they be saying this about president bush if there is some truth to it? Anyway he is obviously involved in the GOVERNMENT SO IF THEY WANT TO KEEP THIS CONFIDENTIAL IT WILL LIKELY STAY CONFIDENTIAL. Also my own personal opinion is that everything after 9/11 has been a catastrophe. So many people use cell phones now-a-days it is nuts and for what reason?!? PROTECTION yes that is what it is for if you ask me. Everyone is so vindictive now-a-days to and competition is unbelievable! I think this is all related to 9/11 it is like people think that terrorism is here in America right now. Also I want to note that I heard specifically that Cheney know about it. Folks, terrorism is gone and it is not coming back anytime soon because of people like Steven E. Jones PH.D. God bless you Steven and continue to do what is right for this country PLEASE.
