Fantasy Football Who to Start?

Fitzpatrick has outplayed Collins. The Titans have played a series of soft p Defenses - the Redskins, Texans and Jags included and have done nothing against any of them. The Texans shut out the Titans just a couple of weeks ago (but Smith was QB). I would play Fitzpatrick and Johnson. The dolphoins are a middle of the road defense against fantasy WRs.
