I have a serious medical question about pregnancy/ hypermesis?

I am 7 1/2 months pregnant I have hypermesis (severe morning sickness) I was getting sick for the first 4 months like 10-15 times per day. During the second trimester the iskness was just first thing in the morning, and now its getting a little stronger again. I vomit bile...my question is what permanent damage am I doing to my liver from getting sick everyday? My doc says that i will prob continue to get sick till end of pregnancy but she doesnt tell me about what damage Im doing to my live by producing and excreting bile everyday??
